COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gurley Precision Instruments 25/045-NB16-IA-PPA-VAR1E-ABA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gurley-Precision-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Haydon-Ametek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Heidelberg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gurley-Precision-Instruments such as the P40020B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LRN04BM0500A7 manufactured by Haydon-Ametek and we are pleased to be able to service most Haydon-Ametek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASCM242 by Manufacturer Heidelberg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heidenhain Brand 33696328 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Handbediengera¤t such as CNCTastenbedingerAt equipment made by Handbediengera¤t have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Handbediengera¤t products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Handbediengera¤t" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 482000921 made by Hankison as well as the popular ROD426A2500 original spares produced by Heidenhain Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 25004016 by Heidenhain and CNCTastenbedingerAt spares by Handbediengera¤t are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
